Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Crown — whether to book an appointment or operate a shop — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Bookings & cancellations

Cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies are set by each individual shop. Crown processes the booking but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the shop.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed off-platform (cash, Venmo, Zelle, the shop's own card reader) or in-app via Stripe. When in-app, Stripe's terms apply to the payment transaction. Refunds are at the discretion of the shop.

5. SMS communications

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS (confirmations, reminders) from the shop you booked with. Reply STOP to opt out. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Crown to send spam, harass others, scrape data, attempt to bypass access controls, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Crown is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
