Who we are

Crown is a multi-tenant CRM and booking platform operated by ATM Group ("we", "us", "our"). When you book an appointment with a salon, barbershop, or studio that uses Crown, that business is the data controller and we act as their data processor.

What we collect

• Contact info — name, email, phone number you provide when booking.
• Appointment data — services, dates, notes you submit, payment status.
• Account info (staff/owners only) — login email, password hash, role.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, basic page-view analytics.

How we use it

• To deliver bookings, confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
• To send SMS and email messages you have explicitly consented to receive.
• To prevent fraud, debug issues, and improve the service.

SMS messaging

We send SMS only after you opt in (e.g., the consent checkbox at booking). You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

Sharing

We share data only with the businesses you book with and with vetted infrastructure providers (Supabase for hosting, Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments) under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is enforced via row-level security so each business sees only its own data.
